Congratulations to Dr Voshell
Congratulations to Dr Voshell on being named a 2026 recipient of the Iowa Dental Association New Dentist of the Year award. Dr. Voshell is recognized for his outstanding volunteer leadership, dedication to mentoring future dental professionals and commitment to advancing oral health equity across iowa.
As chair of IMOM (Iowa Mission of Mercy 2025) local planning committee, he helped lead fundraising, volunteer recruitment, meda outreach and event coordination which contributed to a successful clinic that provided care to more than 1,000 patients in just two days.
Those who worked alongside Dr Voshell during IMOM praised his positive attitude, humility and willingness to step into any role needed. His sense of humor helped energize volunteers and create a welcome environment throughout the event. Colleagues also describe Dr. Voshell as compassionate, hardworking, and deeply committed to serving others
